Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. lux78 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposits, unless exceptional circumstances require an alternative method.

Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to you.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. For sports betting markets, lux78 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. For BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, and Indonesian sporting events, we follow announcements from the official Indonesian football federation (PSSI) and relevant authorities.
If a game disconnects during play due to a technical fault on our end, the round will be completed automatically based on your last action, and any winnings will be credited to your account. If you disconnect due to issues on your end (internet connection loss, device failure), the game continues as normal and the outcome stands. To the maximum extent permitted by law, lux78's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
lux78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. If you have an active bonus, it will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
We reserve the right to close your account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination for violation of Terms, lux78 may confiscate all account funds. You will be notified of the reason for termination and will have the right to appeal through our dispute resolution process.
